Denisse Servida Wins Silver at the 2025 RIPRISA Taekwondo Competition

St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta proudly congratulates Denisse Servida for winning the Silver Medal in the 2025 RIPRISA Taekwondo Competition.

Denisse’s achievement is the result of countless hours of training, discipline, determination, and perseverance. Through her dedication to the sport, she has not only developed her skills as a martial artist but has also demonstrated the values of hard work and excellence that we strive to instill in all our students.

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to her proud and supportive parents, Sir Dennis and Ma’am Aiza Servida, whose encouragement and guidance have played an important role in her success.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Coach Niño Banatao for his commitment to training and mentoring our young athletes. We also thank Ms. Maricel Doroteo, Sports Coordinator, for her continued support of our sports programs and student-athletes.

SFAMSC Wins 1st Place in CAMPRISA Intermediate Level Science Contest

St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta (SFAMSC) students and coach celebrate their 1st Place victory in the CAMPRISA Academic Contest Intermediate Level Science category for School Year 2025–2026.

St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta (SFAMSC) proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement as our students emerged as Champion and 1st Place Winner in the CAMPRISA Academic Contest – Intermediate Level: Science for School Year 2025–2026.

This outstanding victory reflects the dedication, hard work, and love for learning demonstrated by our students, as well as the guidance and support provided by their coach and teachers.

Our winning team consists of:

  • Kendall Faith M. Baste – Grade 4

  • Jonathan M. Tria Jr. – Grade 5

The team was expertly coached by Ms. Ma. Jeorja E. Quinazo, whose commitment to academic excellence helped prepare our students for this prestigious competition.

The CAMPRISA Academic Contest brings together students from participating schools to showcase their knowledge, critical thinking skills, and academic abilities. Earning the top spot in the Science category is a testament to the curiosity, perseverance, and scientific understanding of our young Franciscans.

SIGLAKAS Family Sports Day 2026: A Week of Energy, Unity, and School Spirit at SFAMSC 🎶🏆

Students from St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta perform cheerdance routines and team presentations during SIGLAKAS Family Sports Day 2026, along with fun games like bumper balls, basketball, volleyball, and cheer performances.

Last March 14, 2026, the St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta community joyfully celebrated one of the most anticipated highlights of the school year—SIGLAKAS Family Sports Day 2026, the grand culmination of a week-long sports festival filled with excitement, teamwork, and Franciscan school spirit.

Derived from the words Sigla (energy) and Lakas (strength), SIGLAKAS is more than just a sports event. It is a meaningful school tradition that brings together students, parents, teachers, and families in a celebration of unity, perseverance, friendship, and healthy competition. Throughout the week, learners from Preschool to Junior High School participated in various tournaments and activities that encouraged both athletic excellence and character development.

From volleyball and basketball matches to chess and Scrabble competitions, students demonstrated discipline, teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. Each event highlighted not only their growing skills but also their confidence and determination as members of their respective teams.


A Celebration with a Musical Theme 🎵

Adding color and excitement to this year’s SIGLAKAS celebration was its lively music-inspired team theme, which gave each group its own identity, rhythm, and personality:

Throughout the week, these teams proudly represented their musical styles through cheers, costumes, teamwork, and performances that energized the entire school community. The students' creativity and enthusiasm were especially evident during the much-awaited Cheerdance and Yell Competition, the highlight of the final celebration day.

The culminating event on March 14 brought together parents and students for a joyful day of cheering competitions, championship matches, and fun-filled family games. The campus was alive with music, color, and excitement as families gathered to support their teams and participate in activities that strengthened both school spirit and family bonding.

One of the most memorable moments of the day was the Cheerdance and Yell Competition, where students showcased their coordination, creativity, teamwork, and confidence.

More than medals and trophies, SIGLAKAS Family Sports Day represents the heart of the Franciscan learning experience. It provides students with opportunities to grow in confidence, cooperation, leadership, and resilience while strengthening friendships and deepening their connection with the school community.

The presence and participation of parents made the celebration even more meaningful. Through cheering competitions, family games, and shared moments of joy and encouragement, families became active partners in creating a vibrant and supportive learning environment for their children.

In the spirit of Cura Personalis, or care for the whole person, SIGLAKAS continues to nurture not only physical strength but also character, teamwork, and a sense of community belonging among our learners.

SFAMSC Grade 6–10 Recollection: A Morning of Reflection, Confession, and Holy Mass

Grade 6 to 10 students of St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta (SFAMSC) participate in interactive activities and reflection during their student recollection on March 7, 2026, led by Recollection Master Mr. Laurence San Buenaventura.

On March 7, 2026, the Grade 6 to Grade 10 students of St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta (SFAMSC) participated in a meaningful student recollection held from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The activity provided students with a quiet time for reflection, prayer, and spiritual growth.

The recollection was led by Recollection Master Mr. Laurence San Buenaventura, who conducted a seminar that encouraged students to reflect on their faith, values, and relationship with God.

Students were also given the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Confession, administered by Rev. Fr. Alexander V. Enhaynes and Rev. Fr. Edwin G. Tirado. The recollection concluded with a Catholic Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Alexander V. Enhaynes, bringing the students together in prayer and thanksgiving.

The school extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Laurence San Buenaventura, Rev. Fr. Alexander V. Enhaynes, and Rev. Fr. Edwin G. Tirado for guiding the students in this important spiritual activity.

Special thanks are also given to the teachers and school leaders who helped supervise the recollection: Teacher Ellen, Teacher Lorely, Sir Mel, Teacher Sheena, Ms. Rose Ann, Ms. Maricel, Ms. Jeorja, Principal Mario, Sir RP, and Ms. Luchie. Their support helped ensure that the activity was well organized and meaningful for all participants.

The school also thanks the students' parents for entrusting their children to the school's care and for supporting activities that strengthen their faith and character.

The recollection provided an opportunity for SFAMSC students to pause from their daily academic activities and focus on reflection, prayer, and spiritual renewal.

A Night to Remember: SFAMSC High School Night 2026

On February 6, 2026, the students of St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta (SFAMSC) celebrated one of the most memorable events of the school year—High School Night. The evening was filled with elegance, excitement, and meaningful moments as students gathered to celebrate friendship, growth, and leadership.

One of the highlights of the night was the Grand Entrance, where students walked in with confidence and style, dressed in their formal attire. It was a wonderful moment that marked an important milestone in their high school journey. The photos captured during the Grand Entrance show the pride, joy, and excitement of the students as they stepped into this special occasion.

Another beautiful part of the evening was the Cotillion performances. With grace and coordination, the students performed dances that reflected teamwork, dedication, and weeks of preparation. More than just a formal gathering, High School Night serves as a meaningful tradition for SFAMSC students. It gives them the opportunity to practice social grace and etiquette while celebrating their growth as young individuals. It is also a symbolic moment where our Grade 10 students begin passing on the torch of leadership to the younger students who will follow in their footsteps.


Above all, the evening was a celebration of friendship, confidence, and the strong community spirit that defines SFAMSC. It was a night filled with laughter, music, and memories that our students will carry with them for years to come.

Boys’ Junior High Volleyball Team Wins 2nd Place at CAMPRISA 2025

We are proud to celebrate our St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta Boys’ Junior High School Volleyball Varsity Team for winning 2nd Place in the CAMPRISA JHS Boys’ Volleyball Inter-School Tournament! Your hard work, teamwork, and determination brought honor and pride to our school.
