Last August 15, candidates from the Aura and Sigma parties brought their energy and ideas directly to the classrooms of St. Francis. As part of their campaign for the upcoming student council elections, the candidates presented their platforms, answered questions from their peers, and even entertained the students with lively dances and engaging presentations.
The Student Council Election is an important event that lets our students experience the democratic process firsthand. Two parties, made up of outstanding student leaders, present their platforms and campaign through speeches, debates, and discussions. Students from Grades 1 to 10 then cast their votes to elect their representatives for the school year.
With both parties working hard to win the trust and support of the student body, excitement is building. Who will earn the mandate of the students and lead the next Student Council? We’ll soon find out in the coming election!
