News and Updates: SFAMSC holds weekly Basketball Sport Clinic

Despite of light rain the participants are excited to play ball.

St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta in its drive to develop the potential of its students in the field of sports, the school conducted an open try –out in basketball in the grade school and high school on September 12, 2009.
The said activity is scheduled every Saturday at 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. commencing September 19 to December 12, 2009.  Next year, the best and most active players among all participants will be selected to compose the official SFAMSC varsity team. The objective of the school is to prepare its varsity team to complete in the sports activity that will be conducted by DepEd in the national level.

On Saturday of the 5th of September, St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta held a free school sponsored Leadership Training Program seminar. The seminar was open to all and attended by teachers, parents and interested students.

One of the goals of Education is to inculcate the importance of our identity as a people and as a nation. That is why St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta celebrates Buwan Ng Wika (Language Week) to help inculcate the spirit of nationalism among our Filipino students and give our foreign students a more vivid demonstration of the rich literary culture of the Philippines .
